Acting pursuant to Article 500 §2¹ of Polish Commercial Companies Code, the Management Board of Sarantis Polska spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Piaseczno and the Management Board of Stella Pack Europe spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Piaseczno, hereby make available free of charge the merger plan of the above-mentioned companies.
